Now clearly God gave us opiates for pain relief, and medication, but not for ‘recreation’. Pot Im sure has some very legitmate medical purposes, but smoking pot every day, is not going to be beneficial to your long term health or well being anymore than drinking a liter of whiskey is. Christians certainly are not allowed to use, or sell or support drug use at all except for legitimate medical purpose, like pain relief, cancer, etc. The Arabs/Persians have always cultivated poppies and the hashish, but only with the arrival of the zionist sponsored, rock and roll and ‘hippie’ culture did western demand fuel the growth of the ‘green petroleum’ crop of hashish, or the poppy opium/heroin trade.
